Social Services
You and your family will have regular assistance from a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is part of the multidisciplinary team and is located at the dialysis center. As part of our commitment to provide you with the highest level of quality care, your Social Worker is available to:
- Help you and your family cope with the emotional, financial and transportation issues that may arise as you adjust to kidney failure.
- Provide community and kidney specific resources that may be of interest to you and your family.
